So far so good! Easy and incredibly responsive. Within a week I was set up. Their email support is a bit iffy but whatsapp support is excellent.

I love the WhatsApp option of dealing with issues. In most cases the responses come quickly and we are kept informed of how long things will take to get resolved etc. The call centre people seem very knowledgeable and are able to assist with queries very quickly. Very happy so far.

Great backup and sales services. Great speeds. Easy to navigate website. (Use Ctrl + scroll to navigate application form.) I'm on LTE and I'm getting on average 50mbps but it does go to 90mbps sometimes. I'm in JHB south where there is no ADSL or fiber available. Hope you install it first. I do recommend Afrihost.

I was struggling to upload my proof of address for 4days at least 2hrs a day, on the App, ClientZone, W/App and many E-mails. I was starting to get very annoyed and frustrated and contemplating to cancel the whole package. Up-and-Till today (29th Dec "22) via W/App, Musa Khumalo helped me, what a pleasure, my problem was sorted, Musa was persistent to sort my problem and did not give in to my sometimes sarcastic arrogant remarks. Thank You Musa Khumalo...Viva Musa...Musa for PRESIDENT...👍🏻💪🏻👊🏻🤟🏻
